1. These terms

SOSHAL.ai is a brand owned and operated by YNG Media. This website and the services described on it are provided by YNG Media.

YNG Media is a digital agency based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It brings design and branding, web development, content and media, marketing and growth, communication and infrastructure, and consulting and talent together under one roof.

By booking a consultation or buying a service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Consultations and the booking fee

We offer paid consultation calls to understand your requirements and discuss suitable services. A consultation booking fee of ₹499 is payable in advance to confirm the call.

The fee is adjusted against your first service invoice if you go on to buy a service — see the Return & Refund Policy for exactly how that works.

3. Scope of work

Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins — you will never receive a surprise invoice.

4. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced 50% on approval of scope and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

5. Ownership

On final payment, all deliverables, source files, code and accounts transfer to you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included is stated in your scope. Additional rounds are quoted at our standard rate.

7. Timelines

Our timelines assume feedback and materials arrive within the agreed windows. Delays in approvals move delivery dates by the same amount.

8. Cancellation

Either party may end a retainer with 30 days' notice. For fixed-scope projects, work completed up to the cancellation date is payable. Consultation bookings have their own rules, set out in the Cancellation Policy.

9. Your responsibilities

You confirm that any material you give us — text, images, logos, customer data — is yours to use, and that we may use it to deliver the work.

10. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
