The terms that apply when you work with us.

Scope of work
Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins — you will never receive a surprise invoice.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced 50% on approval of scope and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
Ownership
On final payment, all deliverables, source files, code and accounts transfer to you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included is stated in your scope. Additional rounds are quoted at our standard rate.
Timelines
Our timelines assume feedback and materials arrive within the agreed windows. Delays in approvals move delivery dates by the same amount.
Cancellation
Either party may end a retainer with 30 days' notice. For fixed-scope projects, work completed up to the cancellation date is payable.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
