How to cancel or move a consultation, and what happens to the fee.

1. Cancelling or rescheduling a consultation
- Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email or WhatsApp message — you can pick a new slot yourself in a few seconds.
- Or contact the team on WhatsApp or by email and we will move it for you.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
2. Advance notice
Please give at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled call.
With that notice, the fee is carried to the new time, or refunded if you would rather not rebook.
With less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend, the ₹499 fee is forfeited and is not refunded.
3. If we have to cancel
Sometimes we may need to move a call. If we cancel a confirmed consultation and cannot offer you a suitable alternative time, you are entitled to a full refund of ₹499.
4. Not attending
If you do not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking is closed and the ₹499 fee is forfeited. You are welcome to book a new call at the standard fee.
5. Service engagements
This page covers consultation calls. For ongoing or fixed-scope service work, either party may end a retainer with 30 days' notice, and work completed up to the cancellation date is payable. See the Terms & Conditions.
