Return & Refund Policy

1. What the fee is for

Soshal offers paid consultation calls to understand your business requirements and discuss suitable services. A consultation booking fee of ₹499 is payable in advance to confirm the call.

2. Adjustment against services

- If you go on to buy a service from us, the ₹499 is deducted from your first month's service invoice. You pay only the remaining amount.

- The adjustment applies once, to the first service invoice. It is an adjustment, not a cash refund.

3. When the fee is refundable

- If Soshal cancels a confirmed consultation and cannot offer you a suitable alternative time, you are entitled to a full refund of ₹499.

- If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, the fee is refunded or carried to the new slot — your choice.

4. When the fee is not refundable

- If you do not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the ₹499 is forfeited.

- Once the consultation has been completed, the ₹499 is non-refundable.

- If you do not buy a service, the completed consultation fee is not refunded.

5. How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, generally within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show it, and that timing is outside our control.

6. Services already delivered

Fees for services that have already been delivered or for work completed up to a cancellation date are not refundable. Where we have charged in advance for work not yet started, we refund the unused portion.

7. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you booked with, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 76785 87676, quoting your booking or invoice number.

We reply within one business day.
